MEP Department was established in 1999; today it is a complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design & Build Contractors ranging to value of AED 250 Million of each project.   It turns to be a well-established, guided and organized.

The current staff are highly qualified and experienced, technical support staff, skilled technicians and administrative staff, all specialized in their respective areas to handle projects in professional manner for all MEP installation at different types of building constructions.

AMSC MEP Division comprises of planning, designing and  implementation of the projects in major inland development that consist of residential and public dwelling, hospitals, petrol stations, hotels, industrial and commercial buildings. The credited MEP Division is proud with its impressive track record of documentation and construction implementation in numerous major projects in the UAE.

All the professional associate and technical expertise are highly skilled, competent and with the vast experience in management, mechanical and electrical engineering allowing us to provide quality, prompt and cost effective solution to our clients.

Electrical Division services to commercial and residential buildings, schools, clubs, and industrial complexes.

Electrical conduiting and wiring, laying of cable trays, bus bar risers, installation of control panels, light fixtures, distribution boards, fire alarm system, intercom system, CCTV and security systems, SMATV system, AV system, building automation system, intruder system and human traffic controls, distribution network facility and data system.

Thousands of lighting high masts and poles, flood lights, road lights and decorative lights ranging from 100 to 1000 luminaries and control cabinets were utilized.Complete cable works covering hundreds of thousands of meters of cables ranging between L/V and H/V up to 132 KV oil filled cables were used.

We are well conversant with wide variety of plumbing works comprising of cold and hot water services, underground and induct concealed pipe work, irrigation system, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, associated drainage network, fully automated pool systems, plants and filtration systems and fire fighting systems.

Plumbing and Drainage Division

Design and installation of cold and hot water supply system, internal and external drainage system, sewerage system, rainwater system and installation of sanitary ware, pumps, and boilers.
Clarifies and water treatment unit for commercial  and residential building, schools, housing complexes and industrial units, preventive medicine center, health care units, private premises, wedding hall, ladies club, charity center, sports halls and Etisalat projects, etc.

Air Conditioning Division

Estimate and supervise all kind of air-conditioning systems, complete with design, build coordination with the suppliers, our technical staff, technical workers and sub-contractor in executing the site work to enable to finish the project on time.

Fire Fighting Division

Estimate, supervise and execute all kinds of fire-fighting, fire suppression and Civil Defense requirements by our technical staff, technical workers and subcontractors.

Duct Factory

Air-conditioning Duct Factory was established in 2007.  Supervise and execute all kinds of galvanized iron and pre-insulated ducting works in coordination with other services as per SMACNA, DW standards and Authority requirements.  Also, we execute all types of residential buildings, housing complex and industrial units, villas and our own projects.
