The Cherrywoods project Phase 1 comprises construction of 378 No. (G+1) Townhouses within 3 Precincts. The Townhouses consist of 3 Cluster types & 3 Townhouse types.

•    4 Plex (4-3-3-4 Cluster) – 2 x 4 Bed End Townhouses + 2 x 3 Bed Mid Townhouses 
•    4 Plex (3-3-3-3) Cluster – 2 x 3 Bed End Townhouses + 2 x 3 Bed Mid Townhouses 
•    2 Plex (4-4) Cluster – 2 x 4 Bed End Townhouses

•    3 Bed Middle Townhouse 
•    3 Bed End Townhouse 
•    3 Bed End Townhouse 
The project, which is proposed by Meraas Development LLC, will be located at the crossroads between Emirates Road (E611) and Al Qudra Road, Dubai, U.A.E , The Total Built up Area (B.U.A) of the project is (84,258.40 SQM).
